Overview

The MNS Referral Program ("Referral Program") rewards our community members ("Referrers") for introducing MNS to friends, family, and connections ("Referees"). By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions. The latest version is always available on our website. MNS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.​

Definitions

• Referrer: An existing MNS user participating in the Referral Program.​

• Referee: A new user is introduced to MNS through a Referrer's unique referral link.​

• Qualified Referral: A Referee who successfully claims an identity on the MNS platform.​

• Flakes: Reward points or tokens awarded within the MNS ecosystem.​

Eligibility and Restrictions

• Referrer Eligibility:

  • Must have a connected wallet with MNS.​

  • Must be at least 18 years old.​

  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.​

• Referral Link Usage:

  • Each connected wallet can generate one unique referral link.​

  • Referral links can be shared with an unlimited number of Referees.​

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.​

Rewards

• Referrer Rewards:

  • For each Qualified Referral, Referrers earn cashback and Flakes based on the following tiers:​

• Referee Rewards:

  • Referees receive a 5% discount on the identity price upon claiming an identity using a referral link.​

  • Referees receive Flakes as a welcome reward.​

Cashback and Discounts

• Cashback Details:

  • Transferred monthly in Stablecoins or MOVE coins on the Movement Network.​

  • Referrers must add their Movement wallet address to the Address Records of the Primary identity to receive cashback if the identity is claimed on a non-Movement Network.​

• Discount Details:

  • A 5% refund on the identity price is processed for Referees.​

  • Refunds are transferred monthly in Stablecoins or MOVE coins on the Movement Network.​

  • If the identity is claimed on a non-Movement Network, Referees must add their Movement wallet address to the Address Records of Primary identity to receive the refund.​

Program Integrity

MNS reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:​

• Creating multiple or fake accounts.​

• Providing false information.​

• Engaging in bulk distribution of referral links in a manner that constitutes unsolicited commercial communication or "spam."​

Modifications

MNS may modify or terminate the Referral Program or these terms at its sole discretion without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.​

Limitation of Liability

MNS is not responsible for:​

• Lost or misdirected referrals.​

• Technical issues preventing participation.​

• Any tax obligations arising from rewards.​

Terms & Conditions for Snowball MNS Referral & Affiliate Programmes

To ensure a fair and transparent user experience, please read the following terms before participating in our Referral Programme.

• The Referral Programme and Affiliate Programme run alongside regular identity purchases.

• Users can participate in only one programme at a time when purchasing identities.

• Special discounts, promotional offers, free identity giveaways, or identity with “On Sale” status are excluded from referral rewards.
