# Rewards & Gamification

**The Rewards** & **Gamification System** empowers Identity owners to earn [**Flakes**](/snowball/programs-and-gamification/rewards-and-gamification/what-is-flakes.md) by completing social and on-chain tasks. 

Accumulated Flakes determine eligibility for **exclusive airdrops** and **leaderboard rankings**.
