# Vision and Mission

## Vision

Our vision is to become the account, settlement, and risk rails for on-chain finance, serving as the missing infrastructure layer between blockchains and regulated financial products. Snowball aims to replace raw wallet addresses with secure, username-based, cross-chain accounts that enable safe payments, messaging, and settlement at scale.

## Mission Statement

Our mission is to revolutionize on-chain finance by replacing raw wallet addresses with provisioned, identity-based accounts. Snowball empowers stablecoin issuers, RWA platforms, exchanges, and fintechs to deliver safe payments, settlement, and trust through API-first account, payments, and risk infrastructure.
